Langel Scout Troop meets on Friday evenings, usually at the Scout Hut, Marlbrough Lane from 7.30pm to 9-15pm.
Scouts are asked to come in uniform but may also bring suitable clothes for games and activities.
GOALS:
Our goals for Langel Scout Troop are simple:
- To offer a BALANCED PROGRAM that provides an opportunity for experienced Scouts to achieve the Gold award
- To deliver a TRADITIONAL, SCOUTING EXPERIENCE (this comes with a ‘great variety’ of topics & activities) and to develop related skills in the troop
- To operate within the SCOUTING ETHOS (as captured in the Scout Promise, Law and Motto)
- To provide opportunities for Scouts to EXPRESS AND SHARE unique skills (where appropriate 🙂 )
- To PROMOTE TEAMWORK
- and most of all… to have a WHOLE LOT OF FUN in a SAFE and RESPECTFUL environment
