Stable Barn Photos

These photos are the current as existing arrangement, and the discovery of the original stables in the early stages was a true ‘architectural find’ which are intended to remain.

The 1st floor is lined internally with brick which is a very usual feature for this area, and will be retained.

The existing windows are obstructed and this is believed to be a window tax avoidance measure when a tax on windows was introduced in the early 19th Century.
